Este es un museo dedicado a la vida de Gabriela Mistral, poetisa chilena, premio Nobel de Literatura en 1945. Se encuentran en la colección, manuscritos, fotografías, premios, libros y la flor de oro, premio obtenido en el concurso Juegos Florales de Santiago, en donde ganó con sus famosos “Sonetos de la Muerte”. Se muestra información general de su vida y obra, además de una réplica de la que fuera su casa natal.
